When ordering your Limited Liability Company online, our special ALL-IN web price of € 549 applies. This price includes all formation costs, first year’s costs for the statutory headquarters (our registered office in Kent), the handling of Companies House's mail, the filing of annual accounts and annual returns in England, and the annual contribution to the English Chamber of Commerce.

For our Secretary Service we charge an additional € 100. The costs of a Certificate of Good Standing are € 85 (required for registration at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, The Hague or Rotterdam).

The annual fee (as of the second year) is € 295. 

Ordering your Ltd. is simple. Choose one of the options below, click on 'Send Form' and fill in the required data. If you have any questions while filling in the form, please call Customer Service via the phone number below. After you've filled in all the data, you can pay directly via iDEAL or Credit Card. Within 24 hours you will receive the required documents to sign. After signing, please send them back to us via mail and within 24 hours after we have received them your Ltd. will be founded. (You can also transfer the payment to our bank account yourself; in that case the procedure will take a few days longer.)
