UK Limited Service Options
This is a basic solution for clients who require a UK company with a UK registered office. We provide you with the incorporation documents. Furthermore, we will be forwarding the statutory mail related to your Limited company. “Statutory mail” includes the mail from the UK tax department (HMRC), Companies House and all related documents.
You yourself will be responsible for filing of Annual Return and Annual Accounts and for submitting all changes to Companies House. You will be also responsible for payment of the annual charges to Companies House. You will have no access to Freemont Helpdesk.
This service package includes all items of the BRONZE package. Furthermore, we will provide you with the Certificate of Good Standing should you need one for registering the company at your local registrar of companies. We will assist you with obtaining the tax exemption in UK (if applicable) and provide you with the necessary forms.
You will be able to make use of Freemont Helpdesk by telephone or email and we will assist you with filing the required forms at Companies House and HMRC. For submitting these forms we will charge our regular fixed processing fees as advertised on our website. Furthermore, we will file the Annual Accounts and Annual Return for your Limited Company at Companies House and we will pay the annual charges to Companies House.
This is an ‘all-in’ solution for clients who prefer the complete service. It covers everything that is included in the SILVER package. Furthermore, after the incorporation you will receive the Register of Members and Register of Directors. It is your duty to keep them up to date. We will also provide you with the share certificate, and a guide explaining the essentials of administering UK companies including templates of resolutions that you can use.
You will have unlimited access to the Freemont Helpdesk which means unlimited assistance with any queries regarding the proper management of your company, such as change of memorandum, drafting of resolutions, striking-off procedure, obligations towards Companies House, stock transfers and payment of stamp duty as well as the obligations towards HMRC in order to maintain tax exempt status in the UK.
